Single 8 x 40′ container (320 square feet) with 1 bath, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and dining/living space
Duet CargoCabin™ – Base Price $59,000
Double 8′ x 20′ (320 square feet) with 1 bath, kitchen, dining/living space and 1 bedroom
CargoHaus™ – Base Price $72,000
Double 8′ x 40′ (640 square feet) with 1 bath, master suite, second bedroom and dining/living area
Base Model includes:
- Electrical and plumbing for standard residential utility hookups
- On-demand hot water heater
- Caroma® dual-flush toilet with integrated hand basin
- Stock model refrigerator/freezer and electric cooktop
- Electric wall-mounted heater
- Exterior paint, interior paint, and wood stain color choices
- Choice of EcoTop countertop colors and bathroom tile color
- Choice of Ikea® cabinetry finish style (any series except Liljestad or Abstrakt)
Prices shown are for the Base Model unit. Depending on your site, local municipality, chosen installation method and utility selections, you can anticipate additional costs for:
- Foundation design and engineering
- Permit drawing set and engineering
Base Model Prices also do not include:
- Site preparation (e.g., utility stub-ups, grading, foundation construction)
- Delivery (FOB Seattle)
- Installation (may require a crane and welder)
- Building permits (costs based on your local building department fees)
- Any applicable local sales taxes
